What is in our sabich?

The LAFFA sabich wrap lists aubergine, egg, hummus, vegetables, amba and tahini. It brings soft and fresh ingredients together. Aubergine and egg give it a different character from falafel, even though some of the sauces appear in both dishes. Read the combination rather than choosing from the name alone.

Compare it with falafel

Choosing between two vegetarian options? In a falafel wrap, the falafel shapes the texture of the filling. In sabich, aubergine and egg lead the combination. Next compare the sauces and toppings. The word vegetarian describes a dietary choice; it does not tell you that two dishes will taste alike.

The bowl is a separate recipe

Our sabich bowl includes couscous salad, aubergine, egg, potatoes, amba and tahini. It is not simply a wrap without bread. Look at the bowl description if you want a different base or are comparing it with a familiar lunch. The listed ingredients help explain why the formats feel different.

Egg and sesame matter

Sabich contains egg, so the dishes listed here are not vegan. Tahini is sesame-based. If you have an allergy, discuss the full dish and preparation with the restaurant. A menu filter can narrow the choices, but it cannot replace that conversation or confirm the absence of cross-contact.
