Wrap, bowl or plate: which LAFFA meal suits you?

A favourite filling can appear in several dishes. Compare bread, base, accompaniments and the way you want to eat before choosing at LAFFA.

A wrap brings bread and filling together

Our laffa wraps place the filling inside Iraqi flatbread. Options include falafel, sabich, chicken, shawarma, kebab and slow cooked beef. Read the vegetables and sauces listed for each choice. A wrap is its own combination, not a shorthand for every other version of the same filling.

A bowl starts with couscous salad

The bowls on our menu use couscous salad as their base. The protein, vegetables and sauces then vary by dish. This format may appeal when you want to eat the separate elements with a fork. The word bowl alone does not promise fewer calories, a lighter meal or freedom from allergens.

A plate includes different accompaniments

Our plates list batata harra, vegetables and pita among the accompaniments. The choice of falafel, chicken, shawarma or another filling shapes the rest of the meal. When comparing a bowl and plate, focus first on that base: couscous salad versus potatoes and bread, rather than the shared filling name.

Choose in a useful order

First decide how you want to eat. Next choose the filling, then read the sauces. Finally check the current price and any extras. This is easier than comparing every dish at once. Specific dietary requirements still need a direct conversation with the restaurant, even after you have narrowed your choices.
